Payment, Delivery & Returns
What is your returns policy?+
We offer a 28 day returns policy for unopened products in the unlikely event you aren't satisfied with your order. If you would like to request a refund please email info@bohemianbrands.co.uk. For more information on our returns policy, please take a look at our terms and conditions.
How much is delivery?+
We offer next day delivery and standard delivery. Our delivery charges are calculated at the checkout.
Is your delivery tracked?+
Yes, all of our orders are tracked.
How long does it take to process a refund?+
It can take up to 10 days for a refund to show in the payment account. If your refund isn't received in this 10 day period please contact our customer service team.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?+
We only deliver to PO boxes that offer a signed for service, otherwise no we do not deliver to PO box addresses.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, we do ship internationally. Please allow up to 10 working days for international delivery. Exclusions apply, please contact our team for further information.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?+
If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Call 0208 066 7501 and speak to one of our team.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept payment by credit/debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.
How long does delivery take?+
Our standard delivery takes up to 5 working days for UK orders. We also offer a next day delivery service for orders placed before 12.30pm.

Is your vodka triple filtered?+
Our vodka is distilled 5 times to ensure a smooth, rich and velvety spirit of the highest quality.
Do you sell flavoured gin?+
We don't currently sell flavoured gin, however keep an eye out for new products as this is something we may introduce in the future.
Do you sell flavoured vodka?+
Yes, we sell a range of flavoured football vodkas from sweet to citrus lime. To view our full range of flavoured vodka, visit our flavoured vodka page.
Can different flavours be put in different bottles?+
Currently, our vodka flavours correspond to team colours. We don't currently offer different flavours in different bottles however we may offer this in the future.
Where are your products stocked?+
All good independent retailers, our online store and Amazon as well as periodically with Costco.
Where are your products bottled/produced?+
We are proud to produce our vodka and gin here in the UK.
Will you be offering more Rugby spirits?+
Our team are always working to grow our product range, we hope to offer more rugby spirits shortly.
Do you sell champagne?+
We do sell a small selection of limited edition champagne. You can find them on our website.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?+
No, we don't have a minimum order requirement. Whether you'd like to order 1 bottle or 20, we look forward to receiving your order.
Is your packaging sustainable?+
We are focused on sustainability and whilst not all our packaging meets the criteria yet, the majority does.
Is your alcohol production process vegan?+
Yes, but this does depend on how strict your diet is.
Are your products suitable for vegans?+
Our products state whether they are suitable for vegans on the packaging.

Yes, we offer beautifully crafted wooden gift boxes. Simply add a box to your order and our team will pack the box ready for gifting.

We don't currently offer personalisation, however this may be something we offer in the future.
